From a mathematical viewpoint:

What equals 100%? What does it mean to give MORE than 100%? Ever wonder about  those people who say they are giving more than 100%? We have all been in situations where someone wants you to give over 100%. How about achieving
101%?  What equals 100% in life? Here's a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these questions...

Then:

But, A-T-T-I-T-U-D-E =1+20+20+9+20+21+4+5 = 100%

 AND, look how far the love of God will take you

 L- O- V - E-O-F-G-O-D =12+15+22+5+15+6+7+15+4 = 101%

Therefore, one can conclude with mathematical certainty that:
While Hard Work and Knowledge will get you close, and Attitude will get you there,  it's the Love of God that will put you over the top!  It's up to you if you'll share this with your friends & loved ones just the way I did.

P.S. When Satan is knocking at your door, simply say, "Jesus, could You please get that for me?"

 

FAREWELL TO THE LOFT SERVICE!

    Due to continued church growth the gymnasium will become our new sanctuary beginning Sunday, May 7. This has been a very carefully thought out and prayerful decision. The leadership of the church feels that to ensure continued growth of the church this move is unavoidable. The good news is that we get to go back to "1" Sunday Morning Service but the bad news is that we have to give up the LOFT to make this move possible. I know how much the LOFT means to all of you and believe me when I say that it's not at all easy for me to give it up either. You've heard me say many times that the time we spend together up there is the highlight of my week. I've seen God do so much in the lives of you guy's and in our Youth Family as a whole in the time we've spent up there. The LOFT will always be a very special place to all of us, I know that I will NEVER forget it or the crazy stuff we did up there and most of all how God would make His presence felt up there. When it is all said and done I feel sure that the Our Little FREAK SHOW up in the LOFT will with out a doubt be one of the if not the highlight of my ministry.

    So now the question is, Now What? Where do we go from here? Well one thing for sure, we may not be in the LOFT anymore but the FREAK SHOW MUST GO ON! And it will, you see what we have on Sunday Nights is more the a Place, it is a Person and that Person is the Holy Spirit of God and He dwells in the hearts of all Believers and when we gather together in His name He will make His presence felt and He will deal with our hearts and continue to make us and mold us and draw us closer to Himself. Where will we be gathered together? We are looking at a couple of different options one possibility is that we may rent/lease the Boys Club and transform it into the KMBC Youth & Children's Center. Another is that we would move into the current sanctuary and turn it into our Youth Worship Center. I do not know exactly what it is that God has planned for our Family but I do know one thing, He has promised that He will never leave us nor forsake us. He is not surprised and He has a plan. And as heartbroken as I am to be leaving our Home at the same time I'm excited about the plans that God has in store for our Family.                                                                                                         JOY,
